I have been a shopper at Best Buy for over a decade and I always buy the geek squad protection plans with my technology purchases. Especially with headphones as they can break easily or lose connection over for long periods of time.

You need to protect your purchases no matter what they are. The wait time on hold is REDONKULOUS but the quality of their service is worth the money spent on the protection plan.

I bought the 2 yr warranty on my jabras I bought last year and seemed like their was a issue with volume going down I returned them to best buy and got a new pair.

I like how Best Buy offers this for their customers! Geek squad takes care of customers problems when it comes to figuring out what it wrong with the item and if it can't be fixed they replace it within warranty period.

I ALWAYS get the protection offered by Best Buy with anything I purchase. You cant go wrong. They make it easy to replace or repair any damage that is covered. I think for the price it is one of the best warranties offered by most companies.

Please get protection Because when you least expect that something will happen probably a month before it’s about to expire and you’ll be covered if you got this protection

I always buy electronics at best buy their geek squad is the best I haven't seen any other electronic store with the warranty they offer plus they don't hassle you....WORTH IT!!!!

what I covered here - but if you spend over $100 I'd buy the warranty as it coverers accidental - if discontinued then you get newer version or full credit toward new purchase

The 2-year Geek Squad protection replacement is something that is a great add on to when you buy something expensive or something that can break easily. The warranty covers a lot of the damage that could happen to the items. Great to get!

I have used the plan to replace broken items in the past. I would not buy a product from Best Buy without, because the 15 Or 30 day return period occurs to fast. You have to have time to see if a product is going to fail on you.

Must get with every purchase, it comes in clutch for those rainy days

Geek squad protection is highly recommended and beneficial. Only giving 4 stars because of one unfortunate incident where I bought a product and went to exchange it when it no longer worked. They didn’t have the product anymore only a newer version which I had to pay for. The only thing I’d recommend is to verify if the product will no longer be available in the near future.

Geek squad has helped me save my Electronics on so many occasions! I bought new sound equipment and had issues setting it up. They helped me figure out where I was messing up.

Purchasing this has been the greatest thing!! I have been able to replace several headphones because my girls use them all the time and after a while they've stopped working!! Walked in and immediately replaced because of this plan!!!!

I don't usually buy the protection plans, but with electronics I usually do. You never know what's going to happen, you may drop it or it gets wet. Having full protection is like having a safety net for anything that can happen.

This service is worth if if you get a small appliance. Its relatively cheap. If its broken just bring it back and best buy will issue you a gift card with amount you paid for.

These headphones are amazing. The bass is ridiculous. Far better than any other over ear headphones, including beats and bose in my opinion. Battery life lasts for weeks sometimes. Have owned for a year with no issues.

I’ve had to use this protection program at least twice on two separate products that I purchased from Best Buy. Saved a ton of money by spending the little bit extra at checkout to purchase this. This is a no-brainer.

I always buy the Geek Squad coverage with most items I buy from Best Buy. I know they always save my information in their computer without my receipt. They are very pleasant and always try their best to fix or replace the product.
