I didn't know that they had changed their return policy from 30 days to 15 days, but the associate refunded both the product and the warranty.

Tre protection plan was most definitely needed This device stop wiring after only three days and the squad gave another one with out any problems

The product support is best handled by the Cell phone center personnel at the store. The Geek Squad is better used for computers.

When I exercise the option of the 2-Year replacement plan because my Best Buy products aren't working it has always been honored.

I had a set of headphones break at the hinge and since I had bought the 2 year replacement, I had no issue getting a replacement.

We are happy with this service it works great for everything from computer to installation of appliances.

Geek squad has been able to trouble shoot any problems for my laptop and is great at answering questions.

Always suggest in the warranty because Best Buy takes take of any product issues. Thanks Best Buy

I always get geeksquad. Its a nice extra security that I end up needing to use once and awhile.

This warranty is a necessity especially when purchasing Bluetooth head phones. I never have a problem using it to replace them.

Bought this to cover an LG Blutooth Headset. Better safe than sorry when buying headsets for teenagers. If they break at all, they get replaced.
