    I get this for my headphones and they take a beating. With this, I can replace them if the internal wiring gets bad or the speaker stops working or it starts losing charge. Worth the money if you really use your things hard!

    I never buy anything without a warranty, if applicable. Life happens and things stop working. I had a product that stop working after 1 year and 10 months. But because of the warranty at Best Buy, I took the products back and was given the price I paid for the product on a Best Buy Gift card. SUPER!!!

    How can you go wrong with the geek squad replacement. I usually never buy warranties but I'm hard on headphones and they always break, whether it's from weightlifting (sweat) or skiing (condensation and cold). Best buy always holds up their end of the deal and replaces my ear buds with the newest model.

    If you don’t get protection on your items then you will be in big trouble. We normally think nothing will ever happen to it but remember for a small fee you will be worry free for 2 Year’s and not expirience a deep shock when something does happen like it happened to me with my laptop

    It is tech savvy at my fingertips. I have utilized this service multiple times and they have always been pleasant, patient, courtious and solved my electronic issues. I have them clean up my computer on a regular basis. It is well worth the cost.

    WOW...thats all i gotta say. ive had products mess up and i love that i take them in and best buy exchanges them no questions asked. i regret not buying the insurance on a smart watch that messed up 6 months after purchase. i will always get the replacement warranty/insurance from now on

    great product. i have the iphone 6 and my mom has hte 6 plus so its nice to be able to use the same dock. we keep it in the kitchen and the volume can get pretty loud. not a big fan of the buttons on the dock, esp. the volume buttons. we also must remove our cases each time which is a bother but overall a good product.

    So far I haven't have any trouble with returning a defective product. My fitbit charge HR didn't hold charge and the other one didn't give me the notification when someone is calling me. I went back and told bestbuy that I got a defected one, told them my phone number and got a new one without any trouble.

    I purchased this protection for My LG Tone Pro Ultra headset and am so glad I did. I had occasion to over pull one of the earpieces and it no longer retracted or worked. Took it into my Local BB and they replaced it No questions asked and renewed my Geek Squad 2 yr replacement plan! Go Geek Squad!

    Any way I can ensure a product will last longer than manufacturer warranty I will gladly pay for. I've had hinges break, Bluetooth stop pairing, you name it. This allows me to live my life and not think about it

    You cant go wrong with geek squad, I can only vouch for the smaller items that are prone to damage like ear buds or camera. I get it every time and just about every time I am glad that I did.

    I buy geek protection on many electronics that I know will get a lot of use especially headphones because of possible accidents with them.. I gavea 5 star as a peace of mind rating as I have never needed to use tje protection plans yet but if I do then hopefully there will be no hassle.

    I have learned that if it's a pricey item already buy Geek Squad. It really does come in handy. If the item breaks you get a replacement. It is pricier than competitors warranty, so I just buy it when I know the item may break.

    I have been buying the geek squad warranty for products that don't have brand names known for reliability. For example Beats bluetooth products. I had one of the products fail after 3 months - brought it back to the store. They found the record of my warranty purchase... got my money back, no questions asked. Great!

    Used warranty to replace old headphones. super painless and no quesitons asked. Immediately bought new warranty for my new headphones. protection play lasts 2 years and you can check your best buy account in case you forget that date.

    I almost ALWAYS get Geek Squad support, 9/10 times! Best busy will replace or fix my issue with my purchase (if any) without having to deal with the hassle of manufacture warranty:/ I love this add on to all my Best Buy purchases!

    Geek Squad is an incredible value for anyone. You’re paying a fraction of the cost instead of buying brand new all over again, for a no-hassle replacement later. It makes no sense to me why people don’t realize this.

    I bought the replacement coverage as I was fearing the buds winding in and out all the time would wear out quickly. They did not... This was a quality product till it felt so natural on me that I jumped in the lake with it on... :) Coverage was good for that bone head error of mine too...

    I worked at the customer service counter of a Best Buy for three years. I haven't worked there in 17 years but I remember the fate of those who purchased and those who did not. I've absolutely purchased one multiple times and didn't use it, but the times it has paid off has been more than worth it

    I love how geek squad honors what they say. They were placed the object no matter what condition it’s in or what happened. They work with you and do what’s needed. I would recommend this to anybody.
