The Best Buy geek squad protection plans offer great value. It cost a little bit upfront but it’s great to have the peace of mind they provide. The best part is that Best Buy provide great service in store if something goes wrong and replacements are quick and easy.

This is good for any and all products purchased from Best Buy! It is an extended warranty plan for products purchased in their store whether, it's purchased online or at a physical location!

I bought a nice BT LG headphones. Many earbuds in the past (various brands, styles and stores) have failed within a year or so, so I didn't want to take a chance. Sure enough it happened again. But they exchanged them without any hassle. I highly recommend extended warranty with BestBuy.

Just like I say about all geek squad protections they are wonderful for coverage, but Best buy is horrible with the logistics. I always have problems getting service man out but the service man always end up being excellent.

The family enjoys the product, and we share it. The coverage was a must just in case, so we are thankful it was offered.

I always buy the two-year replacement program for headphones, as these products are particularly sensitive and not typically durable to too much use. I have returned headphones that quit working on me for no reason, and Best Buy replaced them or gave me a credit for new ones, no questions asked.

I can't say enough good things about Best buy geek squad and Best buy warranties. First the warranty process is an Extremely easy process when working with Best buy. I wouldnt even say its a process. Second Geek squad has been hepful and very efficient wether dealing in person or over the phone.

Easy way to get my son's laptop fixed. We brought it in and the store shipped it off to get serviced off site. We were notified by phone before any repairs were made so that we could maintain costs within our price range.

Geek squad plans are well worth the cost especially if its the replacement one! I've had to use it for bluetooth earbuds that stopped working and they exchange it for you on the spot no questions asked. It is well worth the price for many tech gadgets that have a potential of breaking

I have ALWAYS taken care of any product that I own. Headphones however have tendencies to get damaged in one way or the other over their lifetime and almost certainly within a two year period! With Geek Squads no questions asked replacement policy, this is a MUST HAVE for headphones for sure!

Great option to replacing worn or broken items. The hassle free replacement is true. Used it to replace a tablet. Only questioned as was what's wrong with. After explaining, I was given a store credit and pitched another tablet.

After buying a Samsung TV from Sears that last only 6 months and finding out the regular warranty was only 3 months I decided to start buying from Best Buy and add the warranty. They will replace it if it can't be fixed and back up their warranties as I found out with a DVD player.

We purchased headphones that were reported to fit on a charging stand but did not. We took them back and exchanged them for the better headphones that were easier to charge. There was only a small upgrade charge. We saved about $20.

Luckily we have never had to use this, but it’s awesome to know that if we need to, Best Buy’s warranty will replace it. There is no hassle and it’s definitely worth the price! Gotta buy these when given the chance!

My sons xbox 360 needed the Geek Squad to repair his xbox 360. He did drop it. But the Geek Squad reccomend within a timely manner that he purchase a new console. The Geek Squad is very very helpful. I reccomend to purchase the warranty.

This services not only looked to see if I can repair my item, but when it was wrecked, they just gave me a brand new one. If you couldn’t decide, then they just gave me a gift card for the same amount later! Highly recommend!

I always recommend getting the protection from BB as they will replace the product on the spot, no questions asked.

Worth it on some products. I miss when we didn’t need this add on. Annoying to be sold additional items when you expect what you buy to be of quality. That being said...they did replace my headphones when they stopped working

I received an Apple Watch for my birthday and the screen cracked while I was at work. Because I didn't have the warranty it would have cost me almost a full price of the watch to fix it. So this time I bought the warranty for my watch and feel it's a good deal if anything does happen to it.

Comes w/ 2 alarm settings for 2 different times. Volume can go up to 30 with 5 preset radio stations or wake to the buzzer. USB to charge my phone, Square/Compact to put on bed, nightstand etc. , easy to set up!!! Bonus = projects time on wall/ceiling. Not much to dislike about this product! So enjoy!!!
