I have never used this warranty when I've purchased items I the past. Usually the manufacturing warranty covers the first year but if not purchased immediately you'll be unable to get after the manufacturing warranty ends

I purchased the two year Geek squad warranty product replacement for my Dr. Dre earbuds headphones. I was able to use the product replacement to get another set of headphones before the warranty expired. I would highly recommend getting the product replacement for any purchase.

i purchased this for one of my training sessions and it worked out exactly the way i wanted: EASY to transport, appropriate sound, very easy to use in all ways advertised. Now, i even use it daily in my home in addition to "away" events" involving my workshops for others.

The Geek Squad protection is well worth the money! I haven't had to use the protection on this particular item however my husband uses this speaker everywhere and its nice to know that it will be covered!

Great Protection Plan for your products. I feel confident buying my products with this protection Plan knowing if it breaks or fails I can get it replaced or credited towards another similar item.

I have always had this insurance since a friend told me about it and it is great to have when you are buying ear pieces because they mess up so fast especially if you have children. They replaced the item at no charge to you and you just buy the insurance again.

The Geek Squad product replacement is a great peace of mind protection. It makes me feel better about making such a large purchase. If anything happens I know that the product will be replaced with no problem.

They replace pretty much anything without any issue. The one thing that sucks is if it is not your fault why the device is malfunctioning, you still lose the squad protection and have to buy a new plan.

For the longest time I thought I went through a lot of different headphones because I always bought cheap ones but after having to replace my beats I decided I’ll only buy headphones with geek squad protection from now on so I’m not wasting money

Best buy protection is a must have I buy it with every purchase. It's so quick and easy to exchange an item that quits working. I know almost all products have a manufactures guarantee but I pay the price because I know how simple and convenient the protection plan.

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

I always find that service saves me in the long run. Somewhere down the line of the product's life span things happen, whether simply being it won't turn on to the quality not being as good as it used to.

I have had a terrible history with most headphones. Most of them fail in one ear, the cords get snipped by accident, and I've had one spontaneously combust/fritz out in my ear. Thank heaven for protection plans. Now I can get two combustions for the price of one!

Well I have yet to use this service so I cannot say if its worth it but its always best to be safe than sorry, I'll let you all know in another review if I ever use it and see if its truly worth it.

As many devices as I have purchased from Best Buy The Geek Squad is one of the best tools to protect my devices any time if there's an issue unfortunately it does run out after a certain amount of time but it's still worth the time that you have it but it's not that expensive

I purchase the Geek Squad protection that is offered on any product I purchase from BestBuy. They honor their agreement...and that helps when making a decision to buy most of my electronic products from BestBuy!

Insurance is a total waste of money...... till you need it. I have not used it on this headset yet, but have used it on many of the others when they quit working. For the $20 it cost me for the headset, Infeel it was well worth the piece of mind knowing it will work!

we have been very fortunate and grateful that we chose the option for this warranty. have had to use it a couple of times for head phones. they always take care of the problem with ease and we get our replacement product

Great warranty. I will never purchase an item with the extended warranty as these kids today don't appreciate the value of a purchase. Things today are much more fragile than when i grew up and my TONKA TRUCK was indestructible as i still have it over 30 years later. lol
