    I BOUGHT protection plan as always because things don't last forever... You know what I mean at..... And with protection plan you can Always replace with vs fraction of the original Price and you know the jammies always save prices ay

    Replace Warranty a Must

    The back of the earpiece on my X2s started separating after 6 months from normal wear and tear, the warranty allowed me to return them. My X3's stopped charging after less than a month of use and I was able to return and exchange for a new pair.

    Because I'm so hard on ear buds the Geek Squad replacement program is a no Brainerd for me. The only draw back in have ran into is that the manufacturer sometimes changes details of coverage during the two year period. Sometimes they replace damaged ear buds and continue replacement coverage on the new ear buds for the remainder of the 2 yearsand other times replacement coverage must be renewed if you want the new ones covered too.

    It has helped me every time I have had to replace something and has given me no trouble the staff is always very well-mannered and are welcome to help you to replace your item and it made the process so much easier and I owe nothing everytime I use it

    Getting the Geek Squad coverage for my headphones was the best decision I made. I got the two year plan and I directly swapped out my headphones after 16 months when the stopped charging. No questions asked by Best Buy and they made it quick and easy.

    Got this product as a peace of mind addition, but fortunately did not have to use it. So, I can not comment on its quality but I guess it is goid to have just in case.

    i got the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement and wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it. until I knock my speaker off the shelf and broke it. Then I was very glad I bought it.

    Luckily I have not had to use the geek squad protection on every item I've purchased, but the few times I've needed it have made it worth it. Great to have peace of mind on certain products, especially at the price you can usually get it from Best Buy.

    I've used my Geek Squad account on three different occasions and it has paid off in spades. I am not a very techy person thus it is an asset. The membership is not very expensive when I can simply get the help I need from home.

    After going through so many headphones for my husband I decided to always purchase this plan that way I can replace them for free. Even if I upgrade them I only have to pay the difference. Perfect product and I never had a problem!

    I love Geek Squad. It is so easy to get issues resolved with them. They are knowledgeable and don't waste time. You come in or call with an issue and they are giving you a solution almost immediately.

    This was also a great choice. They will be used a lot so it is best to have the coverage just in case something happens. I would rather pay the 20 now and be covered for replacement instead of the price for the set if it were damaged.

    I love this because I go thru headphones every couple of months. I am always losing a piece of it, breaking, or micophone stop working. So I swear by this and have been using this for about 3 years. It's a great investment for a reasonable cost.

    i have a draw with 3 bluetooth headsets with various issues. the replacement plan is inexpensive and gives me great confort knowing all i need to provide is my phone number [no receipt needed] and the product will be replaced.
