I purchased this replacement plan because the reviews suggested so. So far, I haven't had to use it, but better safe than sorry. I would recommend paying an extra $40 or so, rather than paying $250 for another set of earphones.

I know some places have product replacements that aren’t worth getting but Best But is awesome! If anything went wrong I bring in store and let me trade for same item or something more and I pay difference.

I buy one of these with every pair of headphones I buy and its the best investment you can make. Their Replacement plans are the main reason why I keep coming back to Best Buy to get the vast majority of my electronics.

Anything digital or highly technical I would definitely get a replacement plan if best by offers that. Always recommend product replacement plan

I tend to use this plan a lot for my head phones being wear tear by 2 years is over your product is probably broke n can be replaced.

I use my technology as a home office and I put a premium value of the working availability of all my technology purchases through Best Buy and it has helped me tremendously.

Any time I have purchased Geek Squad service it has paid for itself in the end. So far, haven't had any need to use them this time. But if I do, I know it will be worth it!

This is by far the most reliable sound dock I have ever had. It producers great quality sound. I got this many years ago with my iPhone 4, I got the 30Pin to Ligthning connecter so I can still enjoy this great sound dock on my iPhone 6.

I am not big on insurance because there is always a gimmick. Best buy isn't one of them just dring your device and you'll get a bb gift card of the price you paid or you can get a new device and pay the difference i like that

I had this plan and it works very well I had earphones and whenever they’re broken I just return it to the store and they would replace them no question asked.

I stopped taking out service plans because I never used them as they were complicated and painful to use. The geek squad plan is simple you bring back the damaged headphones and get a new pair no questions asked

The geek squad protection plan provides the peace of mind if anything goes wrong. Usually I do not buy the protection plans but the price was very reasonable..

These are definitely the best pair of noise cancelling headphones I've used. They sound amazing and noise cancelling is equal to the Bose qc35 but with the extra features

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

I'm always happy to protect my gadgets that i take on the go with me. It's nice knowing that if something breaks you won't have to buy a new one. 16.99 for headphones plus 3.99 for protection is a lot cheaper than 16.99 times 2.

Great tv and excellent service. Low price , on sale and had Best Buy install and it was professional and saved me the tears and frustration of doing it myself.

Great service, comes in handy, always a must when purchasing electronics, one of the products I bought from Best Buy had a faulty battery & geek squad replaced it with almost no problem, would recommend

I thought it would be a good idea to buy the protection plan because of the ease and convenience should something go wrong with my earphones. Being able to return them to the store instead of mailing them in is far better.

Geek squad is the best. I used this for my Bluetooth that seemed to break every 6-8 months and each time I was able to get a new pair and just pay fo9 a new warranty ($9-$14).
