    Had bought the warranty on my first set of headphones. Was a little hesitant at first but good thing I purchased it as one side started goingeled out. Went to bestbuy and was sreplaced for free, worth the piece of mind.

    Having teenagers They are always on there earphones they leaving Everywear and sometimes they would loose them. But Now that they have the protection plan from Best Buy. They no longer want to loose them.

    I bought these for my daughter to listen to her iPod the sound was excellent but one ear stopped working after a year good thing I had the warranty they were replaced with no problem thank you Best Buy

    Walk in with a broken item, walk out with a new item. People complain about what Geek Squad does and does not cover. It's insurance! Overall I like having the peace of mind that if I have an oops it will get fixed.

    I had to return my Sony srs xb32 due to a buzzing coming from one of the speakers. No problems replacing it with another.

    Purchased geek squad warranty for phone Samsung fold2. My phone is still new but I have rest of mind that if anything happens to it, I am covered.

    You'd be ridiculous not to get the extended warranties that Best buy gives for some products it's totally worth it for others not so worth it.

    I always love the geek squad protection. I highly recommend Especially if it’s going to be something expensive and you are worried about it. It is definitely useful for those unfortunate incidents.

    Geek Squad generally does a good job when needed, I think it's a smart idea to purchase it with electronics just in case. Especially if you want to keep it long term.

    Bought the warranty for my Jawbone Bracelet and it has come unhandy repeatedly. The reason is that the bracelet broke like 3 times and all you do is bring it in to customer service and they replace it for you. Quick and easy

    The agents help online by remote control on your PC to get help you with the problems you have with PC. which keeps you from taking it into store to get your pc fixed.

    I'm officially a Geek Squad groupie! They helped with my laptop, tv and software questions. Only downside is trying to reach customer service by phone. Much easier online.

    I love Best Buy’s warranty because it’s the best in town if you’ve had your product for a short period time if it breaks then you can replace it for a new one

    I am happy that I haven't had to use this at all because the product I purchased works great though I love the security of having it and knowing that if anything goes wrong I can bring it in to the store for help.
