If you have ever bought a pair of headphones or earbuds and had one side die on you, this is the product for you! I always buy this product on anything you wear. Especially if kids will be around it or using it.

Can say enough about the Geek Squad proctection plan. I almost always get it and when I have had to use it Best Buy always has honored it. This is well woth the money and BB makes it hassle free.

If you're buying a tech that cost over $100 you should get a warranty because if it breaks down you can have it replaced other than paying a lot for another again!

I bought the extended warranty because Best Buy is always so cordial and friendly if I ever need to make a return. Well worth the price in case my favorite items have problems - I can return for a full replacement.

My earphones broke lucky of me i have geek squad 2 year and was able to ge a new pair one!... beware you will have to get a new one after you use the warranty!

Geek squad warranty is a life saver. Damage to my headphones has not been an issue as the Geek Squad warranty has enabled me to replace or repair multiple items when they have succumbed to wear and tear.

Geek Squad has replaced calling manufacturers for me. It's too easy to just take something into the store and replace it there, compared to hassling with the manufacturer. Well done Best Buy.

Pay upfront for your device protection at Best Buy if your product becomes defective or broken they will replace it at no charge and will even let you pay the difference for an upgraded device. It's ahhhhmazing!

There protection plans are the best. I've put them on every thing from my head phones to my soundbar. I learned the hard way when my tv went out & had to spend money to get it repaired. BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!

Warranty an help is always a good back up. The price pays for itself while having no frustrations an always a customer service rep at least to discuss the issue.

i would never purchase something expensive without insurance. This protection gives you piece of mind and if they can't fix it they exchange it. Definity recommend.
