I always get an extended warranty on my purchases as it’s worth the peace of mind that if something goes wrong I just have to return it.

Make sure that when purchasing the description says replacement and not extended repair. The replacement is quick and easy. The repair they have to send for repair.

I'm typically not a fan of service agreements or extended warranties however, this is well worth the money. No hassle...no funny faces...just bring the defected product back and they will replace it. I love it!!!

Great headphones so worth protecting. Came in a few days after purchasing to add this item onto my order. Didn't have my receipt put customer service was able to look it up and add it on in no time flat.

I have purchased a Service Plan from time to time and feel for the most part it is worth it. When something goes wrong with the item, Best Buy just replaces or gives you credit to replace with an updated item.

Sure the product usually has a 6 month to one year warranty but you have to hassel with forms and mailing stuff back and forth. This warranty keeps me covered with just my email or my cellphone number.

Love the greek squad product replacement. It helps me out when I do something stupid to my headphones- like washing them.

If you buy and expensive item from Best Buy that has a high risk of damage — say, Bose headphones — it's best to get the extended warranty. I've even purchased it for cheap Sony headphones in the past and it was very useful.

When needed, the extend warranty from Geek Squad is great. Granted, not all things need warranty, but if needed, it’s well worth it. No questions asked if any issues.

I had to buy new headphones within a year of purchase because mine had a short that the manufacturer wouldn't cover. Was so upset, but with this 2 year plan I have no worries! Hopefully I don't have to use it

This program is a great deal for the customer, you don't have to worry about anything happen to your device if something happened you just bring it and Best Buy will replace it for you, they are very kind.

Have not had to use the 2 year warranty I puchased for the JBL charge2,, but glad I purchased it. Brought the JBL as a gift for my husband and he loves it, this will protect us it we should ever have trouble with the item.

I went to exchange the earphones for my son, and had no problems. The warranty is really great for unexpected accidents. The staff was amazing and very helpful! I love shopping at Best Buy!

It is very important to add geek squad to your device.I add it to my ear bud and when i had issue with the case they replace it with a brand new earbud.

just get it its worth it if something happens or it stops working or your kids get a hold of it it can be replaced or even upgraded all you pay is the defference and for the protection again love it
