My original pair of jaybird x3's broke, so I came into the store to make a warranty claim and less then 5 minutes later I got a new pair at no additional cost.

Utilized this for my headsets and it has paid for itself several times over and is a worthwhile value for such devices.

Easily just arrive to Best Buy and have it replaced for another. Or if the item is not in stock I was given store credit easy.

Great extended warranty. I never buy warranties but I tried this one out and it worked great when the headphones broke and they replaced with no questions asked.
