By now I have had several tablets they have all worked but have had one brake along the seam from back and front could have put tooth picks in it no problem not good for electronics to be open like that other one broke when someone sat on it both were covered by the replacement plan. Replacement plan is good idea as electronics are iffy nowadays and accidents do happen.

People complain about having to spend a couple extra dollars until God forbid something happens and your glad you did! Saving yourself from having to spend a lot more to replace your product. Everybody knows that things happen to portable electronics and most of the time its not even your fault so spending a few more dollars for peace of mind is always worth it!

I don’t care what anyone says GEEK SQUAD REPLACEMENT PLANS ARE THE BEST! You pay x amount and if anything happens you can get it replaced same day in the store at no cost unless you go over the original price which is rare, the fact you can get it on almost any purchase is so relieving I’m glad to purchase the extended warranty through Best Buy

Got the service on my headphones. No hassle replacement, just brought my broken pair in and was told to pick out a new pair. Decided to upgrade to earbuds and they just subtracted the cost of previous headphones and I paid the difference. I will always get protection on my products for this reason.

I always purchase a Protection Plan. Didn't have to use it until recently. Had water damage with my ipad. To replace it would have costed me over $1,000.00. Because I purchase the Protection Plan I only had to pay $49.00.

I really love the service plans! Anything goes wrong with your products it gets replaced or fixed no questions asked. I literally ran over my ear bud by accident and they returned them on the spot got a new pair and was on my way in a matter of minutes from returning them. LOVE GEEK SQUAD

Great product that I purchased for my daughter, it was so good that I came back and bought one for my wife. It is easy to start , you can add a printer on to it and it is easy to carry around with you. This product is good for high school and college students.

Had a pair of earphones for over a year so outside of warranty period but headphone warranty through best buy simply took them back and gave me credit towards a new pair (or I could have replaced with the same pair even though it was more expensive than when I had purchased it on sale)

I love Best Buy Insurance since in 2 ovations my products have broken down and I do not need to send the product to the supplier, the same store accepts it and checks your product and gives you the option to purchase a new one and if applicable if you have composure they repair it

I purchase Geek Squad support for all the products that I purchase at Best Buy if it is available. They have yet to let me down when I need them the most. Well trained and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend purchasing Geek Squad Support for your Best Buy purchases!

Haven't used the services but always great to have just in case. For example, I was on a plane and someone damaged my headphones in the bag without know. If I had the protection then i would have been all set. When I bought a new pair I added it but i'm also super careful.

The Geek Squad protection plan is worth it's weight in gold. I had the microphone on my Bluetooth headset go bad and no questions asked, I was refunded my money. I bought a new headset and of course took the Geek Squad Protection plan once again. I highly recommend it!

I get protection to all my items. The great point about this protection plan is that they don't have your item to replace best buy will give you a gift card to equal value of the item. Very convenient too because this is done on the spot I don't have to file any claims nor wait I just go to the store, tell them my issue and then I get a brand new item. Not refurbished

I always get the product protection plan because you just never know when something will happen. I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE REDEEMING THE WARRANTY! I just go in and let them know the issue I am having and if isn't repairable, I get to replace my product with absolutely no blow back.

Geek squad insurance is the best, you just never know when your going to need the coverage. battery defects or it falls to the ground and gets damage, its covered turn them in and get store credit for the purchase and purchase news ones.

I purchased these headphones for my husband who travels for a living. He did not want over the ear headphones, but said these are fantastic for blocking out airplane noise. Would and will recommend these to friends/coworkers who do not want the over the ear headphones, but still want sound-blocking quality! Also, the headphones appear to be more durable than the competitor's.

My dad wasn't a warranty kind of guy because he could fix anything. Now days, you need a warranty for every single thing. I am a believer because I have had to use it on a lot of electronic items. It's only a few dollars more at the time of purchase but a lot less when you have to use it.

My BOSE earbuds were no longer working; they no longer had that model in the particular store so instead gave me store credit for the full amount I originally paid for which I put towards newer BOSE earbuds. The exchange was handled beautifully and I will always buy geek squad product replacement because it is actually worth it and hassle free.

I really love the replacement protection from BestBuy, I had to use it to replace my defective headphone due to sweatproof feature keep failing on me while I was running at the gym or outside.
