Haven't used this warranty yet BC nothing is wrong with device. Brought it because my last pair of headphones broke and they replaced it without any issues.

All the time is grate have plans for your accessories. On Best buy you never loose with the geek squad

Have not had a chance to use the replacement plan and hope I don’t have to but the agents are very knowledgeable

This is must have protection. I had to make a claim that a tablet was slow and since I had protection I was covered this saved me about $300

Their service was great!! Once they found the problem they contacted me and went over my options. My laptop was back too new the next day!!

I had to replace several pair of headphones because of shortages. I didn’t have any problems getting them replaced. Customer service was superb.

I purchased this laptop for school after reading the reviews. Some of the reviews weren't favorable, but overall most was. I received it opened it up and found it to be very easy to get it up and running. No issues to date and have had it about 3 weeks. Great laptop for school and the price is right.

There nothing like aget a great extra warrenty on this product. You just very know what can happen.

We were having problems with one of our computers. Called and were very helpful. He said as able to get on our computer remove and fix stuff it works like new.

When I purchase this item I always extended warranty it has never a mistake when you needed it exactly what I wanted it for replace the item no questions asked

This was an amazing purchase. Would definitely recommend! Montes my dash cam and even hardwired it!

I usually don't go for warranty sales on anything under $100, but for 2 years if anything happens they will replace it. Totally worth the lack of worry.

Definitely worth the money, have something wrong with it take it back they replace it with another one
