When I exercise the option of the 2-Year replacement plan because my Best Buy products aren't working it has always been honored.

I had a set of headphones break at the hinge and since I had bought the 2 year replacement, I had no issue getting a replacement.

I love the Geek Squad replacement plan. If something happens to your product just take to Best Buy and they’ll exchange it.

This is coverage for my brother's gift and it was really cheap to have a 2-year protection. I love Geek Squad in general though.

Tech is not cheap.. why take a chance and find yourself having to sprains so much again when you can pay a few bucks to cover the possibility.

I like buying geek squad protection because is easy to work with. they are great help. Every time I've submitted a claim I've had great outcome.

This warranty is a necessity especially when purchasing Bluetooth head phones. I never have a problem using it to replace them.

We have used our protection at minimum 3 times on my teen sons headphones. You walk in and get brand new. No questions asked. Love it.

Cover your products it will be worth it. Don’t end up with a pricy device and no warranty coverage

Bad luck always happens, so make sure you get insurance! I always do when i buy at bestbuy ainsce its as easy as 1-2-3 when replacing a product.
