headphones break....a lot....and easily...I'm glad to have bought Best Buy's protection for them because I know that breathing the wrong way will probably short a wire and lead to catastrophic failure of the $150 pair of headphones I just bought. Think of it as very cheap insurance.

Definitely recommend the warranty. Anything goes wrong with it they tell you to go get new one. Great customer service

This is a good protection I have used it before. My kid broke my headphones and i took it to best buy and they replaced it no problem.
