Never buy an item at Best Buy without a replacement plan. Full stop!!!

Haven’t had to use it yet. But it is comforting to know it’s there if needed.

When I took a computer which had malfuncted, they were able to solve the problem quickly and returned the computer.

Waiting for something to break, but I'm not sure exactly what really. I can't for the life of me remember what I purchased the protection plan on. I'm half way tempted to start breaking stuff and taking it back to the Geek Squad to see if they'd fix it, but that might not be in my best interests. OK, so like any other type of insurance, you pretty much hope you never have to use it. I feel like a sucker - but it's not the Geek Squad's fault, or Best Buy's fault... it's more like my fault for making major electronics purchases while drunk.
