The button on my wireless headphones broke and I was able to get it exchanged no questions asked. Don't even need to get the same one. I upgraded to the newer version.

As long as the GS protection remains at about 10% of the purchase price I will always use it as insurance. It's nice to have a storefront to walk into if you have problems. As for GS tech support...I could not live without it.
