I purchased Sony xm 1000 ear buds. Had an issue. They gave me new ones. Took 20 minutes. If you buy any high end gear get it.

I buy Geek Squad Protection on all headphones. As soon as the batter starts going out or I have issues, they replace them for me in-store. I save a lot of money by getting these plans.

Very knowledgeable gives me a peace of mind just knowing that I can call them and/or return my product if anything goes wrong.

We always buy the product replacement for my daughter's ear phones. It is well worth the price and it is no hassle replacement.

Easily just arrive to Best Buy and have it replaced for another. Or if the item is not in stock I was given store credit easy.

I really enjoyed my jawbone while it lasted. It was a sleek design and easy to control. The battery lasted a whole week. The only downside was that it died and I could not replace it.

This is amazing. This was the only way that I could get replacements for my son when he kept breaking his headphones.

This add on warranty is great since you dont feel like you are throwing your money away.. You automatically exchanged them for a new pair if your pair stops working.
