The warranty protection plan that Best Buy offers is the biggest reason I shop here! It makes using my products easy and replaceable

The product eventually stopped working and so we took it to bestbuy with the 2-year product replacement plan and were able to get a new, working product. There was a little bit of confusion at first seeing that the product was no longer sold by best buy, but bestbuy made it right by us.

I used geek squad for many things and with this one I had to replace a device that was irreparable. They made it quick and easy!

It's always smart to buy the replacement guarantee. If anything goes wrong, they'll fix it or replace it for free. It's a lot cheaper than having to buy a new product.

I would never buy anything from Best Buy without a warranty...well except for a CD or chips. Other than that nothing beats their replacement warranty

I got the warranty on my headphone and after they broke they replaced not question ask. Every time you need to get a new warranty.

I have had to bring back several items over the past few years and as long as you purchase the warranty and keep your receipt it is an easy return and replacement process.

It's amazingly easy to return a product or get it fixed with geek squad. I buy protection on everything. Glad I did. Now I was able to replace my bluetooth speaker for 67 cents.

had to get gsp w my blutooth speaker, 4k bluray player and oled tv just in case! dont regret not getting gsp!

Always by this protection, because you just never know. I have used it several times for various products. Have never had an issue getting my item replaced.

Always get the extra support and protection. You will need it at some point. They know it. That's why they sell it.
