    I have to say people try their best to help me. Each time I go They make sure I get what I need before leaving the store.

    Pats for itself very well. Especially because these ear buds give me a fit but are the only ones that written for my lifestyle and ear size

    Warranty has been a life saver

    Geek squad warranty is a life saver. Damage to my headphones has not been an issue as the Geek Squad warranty has enabled me to replace or repair multiple items when they have succumbed to wear and tear.

    Pay upfront for your device protection at Best Buy if your product becomes defective or broken they will replace it at no charge and will even let you pay the difference for an upgraded device. It's ahhhhmazing!

    If you're buying a tech that cost over $100 you should get a warranty because if it breaks down you can have it replaced other than paying a lot for another again!

    There protection plans are the best. I've put them on every thing from my head phones to my soundbar. I learned the hard way when my tv went out & had to spend money to get it repaired. BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!

    Geek Squad has replaced calling manufacturers for me. It's too easy to just take something into the store and replace it there, compared to hassling with the manufacturer. Well done Best Buy.

    Called Sony, it was going to be a hassle going through them. Took my earbuds in, instantly swapped out for a brand-new pair. I get protection on everything I buy, and I've never regretted it.

    My earphones broke lucky of me i have geek squad 2 year and was able to ge a new pair one!... beware you will have to get a new one after you use the warranty!

    I'm typically not a fan of service agreements or extended warranties however, this is well worth the money. No hassle...no funny faces...just bring the defected product back and they will replace it. I love it!!!

    I have purchased a Service Plan from time to time and feel for the most part it is worth it. When something goes wrong with the item, Best Buy just replaces or gives you credit to replace with an updated item.

    Great headphones so worth protecting. Came in a few days after purchasing to add this item onto my order. Didn't have my receipt put customer service was able to look it up and add it on in no time flat.

    If you buy and expensive item from Best Buy that has a high risk of damage — say, Bose headphones — it's best to get the extended warranty. I've even purchased it for cheap Sony headphones in the past and it was very useful.

    Sure the product usually has a 6 month to one year warranty but you have to hassel with forms and mailing stuff back and forth. This warranty keeps me covered with just my email or my cellphone number.
