I normally get the Geek squad warranty the more costly item. Never had problems with getting replacement parts or replacement items

Best Buy always has been great with having products fixed are replaced. Won't buy a product from them without the geek squad protection plan

I always buy the extended warranty because it's silly not to because Best Buy is so good about replacing the product with the warranty

I had an issue with my old pair of headphones but I took them into best buy with my receipt and they took care of my product. Awesome service plan.

As I've said before for the price you pay for the headphones...which will go bad in the 2 yrs it covers them for half the cost of buying a new pair
