I always get the protection plan as it's a no brainer. It covers everything except theft. Even lighting strikes! If there is one bad lemon in Florida, I'll get it! Almost evry time if I don't get it, something happens. Then I just worry something going to happen. So now I have no problems no worries! Well worth it!

Any problems I’ve ever had with any of my items i purchased through Best Buy were quick to be resolved due to always purchasing geek squad protection. I’m an elite class member (have been for several years) so I buy quite a lot of items from Best Buy.

if you ever buy anything from best buy please do yourself a favor and buy the extended warranty it does give peace in mind and they are really good with their extended warranty they do replace the product if its not working

I always make it my duty to get Geek Squad protection for the simply fact that I don't have to worry about if something breaks or stops working, there'd be nothing I could do about it. With the protection on my products, I know I can use my purchase with ease.

From the cheep headphones that plug into my Xbox controller to the expensive truly wireless headphones, I always pick up Best Buys 2 yr protection. I has to be the best thing about going to Best Buy.

We shop at Best Buy so that we can purchase the geek squad protection plan on items that we buy. I have had to cash in on our geek squad plan several times over the years. It is a hassle free exchange process and the team is willing to help right away. It is definitely worth the money.

I replace my headphones using the Geek Squad Replacement plan on a regular basis as the actual headphones have a tendency to get a short and no longer function. Exchange the product using the plan rather than buying new headsets saves me about $20 each time depending on the price match available at that time.

We used to purchase products at big box stores & got burned by either a short warranty on an expensive product - or - purchasing a warranty that makes you ship your product away. When you buy a Best Buy Geek Squad warranty, your item is fixed in house or replaced on the spot. This company rocks!

What can I say about the 2-year replacement plan except that I truly believe in them and have used them without any issues. Best Buy does a great job of keeping the customer by honoring the replacement of your item if it breaks.

Geek squad is the best thing that ever happened to Best Buy. They mounted my tv perfectly on my wall. Their hustle free product fixing or replacing makes them even better. They do such a good job.

So my wife bought me the Power2 Beats By Dre, At the time my wife bought them I told her that the $25 was not worth it.... She got the replacement anyway, and they broke one month before the end of my 24 month replacement. I love Best Buy and this is why... No hassle. I buy most of my electronics form them because of this.

Highly recommend especially if you have the Total Tech Support subscription which discounts the cost. I have never had any issues with filing a claim. Very easy to make a claim if you have to. In some cases, it's better to "self insure" though.

Whenever anything goes wrong with a product, this plan definitely comes in handy! Not many of my purchases end up without this plan! The service desk is always understanding, and always willing to do whatever they can to take care of their members.

I love the Greek Squad. They are great. I have decided to purchase Best Buys warranty on all of my electronics. It is a very good program to have. The repairs/ and or exchange process is wonderful. Will recommend to anyone.

This is definitely a great thing to invest in, not only because your product is protected by the best, you also have the option to upgrade when doing the replacement and just paying the difference. Best Buy Geek Squad product replacement is where it’s at.

I have had several headphones throughout the years (who hasn't?) two of those headphones had problems one out right broke other one battery was not holding a change but because I had the Replacement plan got new headphones no problem . Good idea to have the Replacement plan as electronics are so iffy nowadays.

How many times can I review geek squad and get points? Ahhone , ahhtwo, *crunch* the world may never know. I’m always happy to know that my purchases are backed by geek squad. They are great with fixing and getting the value back of something goes wrong.

I don't buy service plans on too many products because they are overpriced, but I have had good service from BB on the redeemed plans. Mostly on my BT Headsets. Mine usually take a beating and last about a year. I have replaced 3 sets so far.

Kinda pointless to write a review and whatnot about the Geeksquad... Seriously though it is kinda like saying hey wait eating ice cream is gonna be cold. I always shop Best Buy for appliances large or small, iPads, computers, stereos. They not only match prices but there protection plans are the best! Reasonably priced and if anything goes wrong, their protection plan is the best!
