I bought a set of head phones that are slipping off my head and knowing that if they break and can be replaced is a a comfort. I also bought a set of head phones for my 7 year old and i it is a relief to know that if something goes bad i can get them fixed or replaced as she learns to take care of nice things.

Since the headphones are for my nephew, I knew he would put them to great use. I wanted to make sure that he was protected as well since he is a teenager. This protection plan is well worth the couple of dollars I spent instead of having to purchase another set of headphones. Great deal for all it covers!

But a plan unless it is just something really cheap. I have sadly but gladly had to use them sometimes. For different things and if you have a 200 pair of headphone and they break and you have a 20 buck plan that replaces them.... JUST DO IT

I have a dog who likes to chew on everything- fortunately, I've never had to use the protection plan on my headphones but I have had to use it on other electronic pieces. I definitely recommend buying this protection plan in the event you have a puppy who likes to chew on things.

I had the 2 year warranty which helped me tremendously when buying headphones due to owning a cat who can't keep her darn paws and teeth off them. I've replaced a good 3-4 pairs of headphone because of my feline with ease and that's fricken awesome.

Geek squad great guys! As long as you don’t have innovative solutions home theater come out and install your products you’ll be overcharged and it was a subcontractor to Best Buy for a while if you have the geek squad come out to do it you’ll be fine

We have had many devices, but the few that broke due to manufactures issue, we were able to have it replaced fast and simple, no need to deal with the manufacturer directly, is a real time saver. I would not buy an expensive electronic without it.

Geek Squad service has saved my bacon on a number of occasions, especially into the second year of ownership of products. It is well worth the additional investment that will give you peace of mind for the duration of your electronic product!

Well, because not many people do (i think), and because Best Buy online is giving me the option to do so. So, without saying too much, Best Buy has probably one of the best warranty offers around. I mean seriously, whenever i make a purchase, i always ask about any warranty coverage's, because Best Buy is that good.

I never have any issues when I use my protection on an item. My item is always warranted within the replacement plan timeframe of course. I normally do not purchase protection plans on items, with the exception of very frequently used things such as my sons gaming headphones. :)

No questions asked replacment, I showed that one side was not producing sound at Geek Counter. Nothing further they handed me brand new set, rang up return, I signed and was on my way with new ones, and yes I bought protection for new set.

I get this for my headphones and they take a beating. With this, I can replace them if the internal wiring gets bad or the speaker stops working or it starts losing charge. Worth the money if you really use your things hard!

It is tech savvy at my fingertips. I have utilized this service multiple times and they have always been pleasant, patient, courtious and solved my electronic issues. I have them clean up my computer on a regular basis. It is well worth the cost.
