We have a few of these speakers and we love them all they are great

Had to use for my son's camera. Was told to grab one off shelf and they did quick swap out and i eas out the door no problems.

Haven't had to use yet but I have always gotten a replacement policy in the past and I've never had an issue when needed.

MY SPEAKER WAS SOUNDING FUZZY WITH THE BASE , I TOOK IT INTO BEST BVUY AND THEY REPLACED IT ON THE SPOT WITH A NEW ONE

I most of the time but the plan, mostly on the more expensive stuff. I have used it in the past and works well for me.
