Geek Squad never fails me, If I have a problem with my product they fix or replace it. What's not to like about that?

Buy the insurance. I needed to return the headphones for replacement the first day. They were replaced with no problems.

I have found with headsets/earbuds/headphones, the extended warrenty is well worth it. BestBuy makes it very easier to use.
