I bought the replacement coverage as I was fearing the buds winding in and out all the time would wear out quickly. They did not... This was a quality product till it felt so natural on me that I jumped in the lake with it on... :) Coverage was good for that bone head error of mine too...

I have been buying the geek squad warranty for products that don't have brand names known for reliability. For example Beats bluetooth products. I had one of the products fail after 3 months - brought it back to the store. They found the record of my warranty purchase... got my money back, no questions asked. Great!

Yes, better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. For something like headphones, it does seem wise. There is nothing more frustrating than to have a nice set of 'phones in great condition, but they're non-op solely due to some internal glitch in a tiny wire somewhere.

This repacked an old Mr. Coffee. I’m not sure how a coffee maker can change the taste of the coffee but this one does and in a favorable way. Also a good price. Lastly, the pot pours well. My old one spilled coffee every time I used it.

If you want to protect your investment get the two-year on your electronics. It’s a good deal and if something breaks it will get replaced… That happened to me one time and there’s no questions asked it’s worth your investment.

I use wireless earbuds to run in Florida. They are “sport” earbuds, but they still seem sit have a problem with extreme sweat. I always make sure I get the protection plan because of this. Have had to use it and it is simple and easy.

Had a set of skullcandy wireless headphones that worked for about 5 months. They would no longer hold a charge. I had purchased the 2 yr replacement and returned item to store. Geek squad made it easy to trade out damaged headphones for new. Definitely recommend getting replacement warranty!

We had nothing but problems with the other computer, so we replaced that one and decided to purchase the Service agreement and have had nothing but great support on and about any question we've had - Would agree the it can't be beat!!!

This product is a probably the best bluetooth speaker you can buy for the money. Many times this item will go on sale and when it does, its a must purchase. I am no stranger to speakers and have spend more money for a lesser product. Great bass, good sound and great connectivity. The only con is no aux just bluetooth.

This is good for any and all products purchased from Best Buy! It is an extended warranty plan for products purchased in their store whether, it's purchased online or at a physical location!

I always recommend getting the protection from BB as they will replace the product on the spot, no questions asked.

I enjoy listening to my music from my phone, and also audio books while I am engaged in other activities around the house. My husband even take it to work sometimes to listen to his audio bible. I love pink/purple, but had to settle for a blue, since those colors were not available at the time of my purchase.

If you buy, or have several electronics, I would highly recommend. The manufacturers dont want to honor their warranty, and best buy is not liable for product failure. Especially great for car audio installation

I don't usually like to buy add on warranties but newer electronics are so glitchy today you can almost guarantee you will have a problem during the warranty period. I bought this for a previous purchase and Best Buy took care of the issue with a replacement product 16 months in. This is a best buy!
