I received an Apple Watch for my birthday and the screen cracked while I was at work. Because I didn't have the warranty it would have cost me almost a full price of the watch to fix it. So this time I bought the warranty for my watch and feel it's a good deal if anything does happen to it.

The Geek Squad helped me save important data before sending my lap top for repair. They were kind and knowledgeable. They answered follow up questions over the phone to make sure I was up and running properly after the repare.

I have purchase MANY best buy replacement plans over the years, and it is always the best decision! It is great walking into a store and 5 minutes later walking out with a new device or a gift card for another item.

i always like to purchase protection because you never know if it will ever break down or malfunction and when it does if you're not prepared out of pocket cost can be very expensive. i have never had problems claiming my insurance at a local store, always helpful and fast quick results.

Comes w/ 2 alarm settings for 2 different times. Volume can go up to 30 with 5 preset radio stations or wake to the buzzer. USB to charge my phone, Square/Compact to put on bed, nightstand etc. , easy to set up!!! Bonus = projects time on wall/ceiling. Not much to dislike about this product! So enjoy!!!

So my kids are a tad bit evil and pretty much destroy electronics way before their time. These didn' t quite make it, but I had purchased the insurance through Best Buy. The few extra dollars were well spent. Great headset, but spend the extra money on the warranty. You'll thank me later.

I love Geek Squad!! have always had their coverage vs my mobile provider. This year I have had to send out my computer 3 times. (Each due to operator errors!) I was impressed with the turn around time and the treatment by the Representatives. I highly recommend this service.

I definitely value my Geek squad product replacement coverage. I try to bite first many items as I can. With many of the items I buy I definitely need coverage as my kids make much use of electronic and gaming devices.

This is a must if you're buying any electronics because as anyone that has had anything electronic, you know it will break. Things don't last as long as they used to and they sure aren't built as tough as they used to be so having this extra coverage and for the price, it's well worth it.

I will forever but everything with 2 years replacement after my dog decided to eat my headphones and thought I had to throw them away, but turned out that the 2 year replacement covered that. Had to use on my tablet also. Always get the warranty replacement it's a life saver.

Very happy I purchased the product replacement plan. When our headphones started having a wiring issue after the dog jumped up and ripped the cord out, we were able to replace with a new set. Very helpful, glad I opted for it.

I have this plan on all the headsets I buy for my boys. They are rough on the headsets and some times accidents happen. I also carry this plan on my Bose headsets because of the replacement cost if something were to go wrong with them.

They will replace any item as long as you have it in its complete package. My fénix 5x sapphire was acting up and wasn’t reading my gps. I feared hardware failure and they were quick to swap out my watch for a new one. A great service to protect tour investment

We always try to purchase the Geek Squad protection for all our purchases. We feel better that our products are covered against more incidents other than factory limited warranties. You to buy for a piece of mind.

Technology is outdated on a yearly basis. Things break. It just make sense to get it to your gait squad product replacement on something that has potential to break or mess up within the 2 years.

You've got to figure out for you if it's worth the money - each time it's offered. I don't always get the product replacement. But I have been very glad I did with some products. The hardest part is remembering that you have the product replacement coverage - and using it when you need it. :)

I have always been a skeptic when it comes to protection, due to a previous less than stellar process and my perception of the cost versus the benefit. When my nephew dropped my camera, and I brought it into best buy, it was back within 2 weeks. Now its working great, saved me over $400!
