I can say I was surprised and impressed when I was offered the 2-year Geek Squad product replacement deal. I promise to replace my product brand new for an inexpensive price is worth a lot more than advertised. I advise you guys purchase The Geek Squad product replacement.

The agents were very friendly and professional I didn't have to do anything They took my old TV down and put my new one up and cleaned up the mess until good with them couldn't ask for more

I decided to purchase this due to headphones often not lasting or breaking down. Luckily these headphones have lasted and continue to work so I have not needed to use the geek squad which is also a win.

The headset that I purchased for a friend of mine has work great and they are very pleased with the headset. And I am very pleased with the service attention to detail that the service representative gave us. That is one of my main reason for coming to Best buy the service.

Bought this replacement warranty for my UE Boom and I'm so glad I did. The speaker started turning off after about 15 months (3 months after the mfg warranty expired). Brought the speaker to the store and got a brand new, improved model for no charge. Definitely worth the money.

The 2yr. Extended warranty on a fitness band is the only way to go. I have had several different brands and when I have had a problem it was great to be able to return it. I was hesitant to buy a device but having this additional warranty made my worries go away. A small price for piece of mind.

The bose didn’t match up to any other portable Bluetooth I tested. It has great quality sound and even bass. It doesn’t have a superior battery life, but that doesn’t mean you don’t still get decent usage before charges. I would definitely recommend this bose.

I am a distance runner and use my headphones a lot. They take quite a bit of abuse with sweat and constant pounding. The protection plan ensures I get a good quality item and do not need to worry about losing the investment because of equipment failure. It works great.

And recommend anyone get the extended warranty Geek Squad great for all other electronics gives you additional warranty outside the factory and you don't have to worry about if something goes wrong with your stuff.

It a sweet service to have because in a very short time I had to use it and it worked out and had no problems with replacement but had to buy a replacement warranty on the replaced Item

Recommended with Anker liberty wirless headphones. Best buy even let me upgrade to Anker Liberty air 2 and only pay the price difference which was $20ish, when I went to exchange my AL1 for mic sound quality.

Always get geek squad for your devices. It is well worth the small investment if you ever need to use it. I was hesitant when I was younger but now do not hesitate to purchase it and making my big purchases.

Every time I’ve had a problem with a product I received the most courteous and professional service. The clerks at the counter know how to help and are always very diligent. With any pusrchase I make at Best Buy I make sure Ti get the extended warranty. Very happy.

I had a problem with my Bose bluetooth speaker. I bring it everywhere I go, which includes the beach and boat. Luckily I had purchased the 2 year Geek Squad Replacement Plan. I brought it in to Best Buy, they looked up my account, and I walked out with a new one within 5 minutes.

This was a great speaker! It definitely had true booming sound. Weather resistant and held a great charge. The charging system began to come loose/disconnect after about a year, but that holds true for most portable speakers. Thank God for Best Guy's awesome product warranties!

I purchased this protection for a pair of wireless headphones i bought for my teen. I have not had an issue with Geek Squad fulfilling the warranty. One of the best coverages out there today.

I have never used this warranty when I've purchased items I the past. Usually the manufacturing warranty covers the first year but if not purchased immediately you'll be unable to get after the manufacturing warranty ends

Product Replacement is a very good option to have instead of sending it off waiting but the price should be set for just a certain $$$ and be transferred to the other item or partially credit if you haven't went 30-90 days..
