We haven't had to use this often. But the few times we have, they replaced it without issue

My husband and I purchased these for one of our boys for Christmas. We purchased the extended warranty because he has a tendency to be tough on things. Well one day, his headphones no longer would take a charge, so thankfully, it was covered under warranty.

Purchased Bose earbuds and added the 2 year warranty. After a year and a half the earbuds were not holding a charge. Best Buy was AWESOME to deal with in obtaining a brand new pair under warranty!!

When ever an extended warranty is offered it rarely pays in the overall picture. Not so w the goof-proof plan, it allowed me twice to replace a defective product within a years time and I even ended up with a refund due to a price change.

When have this on an item it’s a worry free feeling and I’m glad to have it but it sucks if you have to use it and then you have to pay for it again but still worth it

I like having a plan for items like headphones/earplugs, because they often break, so it is nice to have some protection so that you can get another pair.

I love having the geek squad protection because over 2 years, so many things can happen. It's great to have the reassurance that my problem will be resolved as a result of having this added coverage.

I have used the geek squad replacement on several occasions and it has saved me several times from losing money with defective electronic purchases. I would highly recommend getting a plan assuming it does not cost the same amount as the replacement item.

I recently had to use the product protection plan that I purchased for a portable DVD Player. Best Buy was unable to fix the problem and therefore replaced the item with a new DVD Player. Thank you, Best Buy, for offering product protection plans!

The ideal review I can give is - it's insurance. If I have to use it I doubt I'll be happy because no one wants to use insurance. Therefore, everything is great. Hopefully I won't need to update this.

It's always good to get protection on items you purchase on some of them not all of them I can't recall what I purchased this protection for but it might have been a coffee pot not sure

Purchased this warranty to ensure that if anything happened to my headphones that I'd be able to get them replaced. Once the charge port on my Bluetooth headphones had an issue, I took them to Best Buy and they swapped them out, no issue!

Good insurance for the equipment, there are no obstacles to honor the claims. It is worth protecting your investment since the vast majority of electronics have a limited life time.

There is time that some of my products that I bought from best buy, stop working. Nothing ever last forever. All I had to do is take my product to best buy customer service and they replace it. Just make sure it is in the time frame of the 2 years.

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth the extra $ because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.

Hubby got this when he purchased his ear buds they started acting funny so went to store to replace no issues at all and good customer service worth it for $200 plus item if something should go wrong
