I would also recommend the geek squad product replacement. Just bring item to the store and exchange must better than other warranty companies.

I have purchased this for multiple products and I highly recommend it. From headphones to my daughter's Kindle, it's been great having them be able to be replaced (which we've done) and be able to have that peace of mind. Service has been great!

Best headphone. Good blue tooth coverage. Just informing blue tooth connected. Not informing which phone connected. Everytime we have switch on to connect and while disconnecting not vibrating. This feature available in LG headphones.

I always purchase geek squad with my purchase from Best Buy when I can! All of the agents are courtesy and make it so I understand what everything means! It's always so easy to get in and get out when I'm having any troubles with my products!

These are excellent headphones. I have had very good experiences with Geek Squad for my refrigerator so it seemed wise for an item like headphones.

The protection plan is good, but it would have been nice to know before hand what was covered in the protection plan. I use to have protection plans with Radio Shack when I would buy earphones from them since my cat would regularly chew on the cables. I wrongly assumed that the geek squad protection plan was just as forgiving. Although, they were kind enough to pay back the remaining year or so of my protection plan.

Have had no problems with replacement of products and Geek Squad assistance (computer) and service under this plan. I have even been given discounts on purchases that I was unaware of! We will keep renewing this service!

I love the geek squad return policies on the replacement plans..... no questions asked even without the box..... Just give them an explanation for return and that’s it.....easy peasy!!!!!!!

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

I know enough to get myself into trouble. Every time I talk to Geek Squad they have the best answer (often they tell me that what I thought is the correct answer to my question). Yay for Geek Squad!

Listen i don't know if you are aware but geek squad has you covered. Do not ever ever purchase a product from best buy & forget or neglect to purchase a Geek Squad protection plan that could very well save your electronic later #trust Geek Squad

Love it ! I would definitely purchase this again . I walked in and got a replacement right away it so with it no hassle and doesn’t take long to get replacement.

We always try to purchase the Geek Squad protection for all our purchases. We feel better that our products are covered against more incidents other than factory limited warranties.

I would recommend buying Geek Squad Protection Replacement because they are amazing at their jobs and helpful every time I visit. I only but my technology from Best Buy because of Geek Squad!

Great return policy! It was easy to return my Bose headphones. Thankfully I kept my original box, but if I hadn't there would have been issues. The policy should be a bit more clear about that.

My husband has gone thru two different pairs of bluetooth headsets and now on his third if we had not bought this extra coverage we would not have been able to return these and get a new pair / upgraded for a small amount. Very worth it.

I was told with the warranty that it covers anything that could possibly go wrong with this head set. I am pleased with the price of the warranty at only $30. So if I break them or they get wet and stop working Best Buy will give me a new pair!

I usually buy the extra protection but have never used it. This time I purchased some wireless headphones and after 3 months they broke. Took them back and no hassle, they gave me a new pair. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

I will always advise anyone to get this protection for an item like this because i have had alot of experience with these wireless bluetooth. They are very durable but one needs to be extra careful in order not to have an accident with it.

Seriously what do you need more than protection. Not the you know physical type but you know emotional. Being protected from the heart ache of not being able to replace your expensive stuff.
