Great plan that comes with great service from The geek squad. it makes no sense to buy expensive electronics without a protection plan behind it you never know what can happen.

I learned my lesson a long time ago. It might cost a bit more but it's worth it if something goes wrong with you product especially after manufacturer warranty goes out. Easy replacement process. Don't chance it just to save a few bucks.

whenever you purchase headphones, please obtain the geek squad protection. The lifespan of all headphone last until the warranty is up and then you're SOL and have to buy another pair for full price. Not me, I enjoy saving my money. Now run and tell that lol

Totally replaced my speaker when I found out the hard way that it wasn't completely waterproof. I love the geek squad protection - especially when I don't have a BB Team Member who acts like its a personal offense to return a defective product.

I bought Bose ear buds for $300 bucks about two years later the down volume button stopped working. No questions asked. And the cost to replace them was $50 less then I paid so I got new Bose earbuds and a $50 store card. Buy it!

Always get Geek squad protection always been worth it, never have issues getting things repaired or replaced & the price is good although the plan has changed some over the years

I bought a Bose wireless pulse headphones, very expensive item. I won't be happy if some issues appear after normal use, so I'm always getting the protection plan because I had used that before and saved me a lot of money and headache

Things seem to break quickly these days. Don't get caught without protection. Otherwise, you'll be flushing a lot of money down the drain! Gotta protect your stuff (and your money)!!

The product I purchased this with is not the best, but Best Buy comes through on their extended warranty. They replaced the original headphones with no questions asked. I only buy the warranty on certain items. This one was worth it.

It is really nice to know Geek Squad has your back. They can troubleshoot a product and if something is wrong then the product can be replace. Knowing you have that added protection makes you worry less about anything going wrong.
