I have used the Geek Squad in the past and have been happy with their help. I bought this warranty for the Bose remote earplugs I bought. They were pretty expensive and if I ever need the warranty it will be worth the money.

I bought this based on the fact that it is waterproof. It has withstood the ocean, pools, sweat, and many workouts. It stylishly looks better than the Fitbit and it even tracks your sleep. The cons is that it does not convert your steps into miles or flights of stairs, the app leaves a little to be desired, and it will sometimes have issues synching with the phone. Overall, I do like this and with a few modifications, this can only get better.

I bought Bose ear buds for $300 bucks about two years later the down volume button stopped working. No questions asked. And the cost to replace them was $50 less then I paid so I got new Bose earbuds and a $50 store card. Buy it!

I bought a Bose wireless pulse headphones, very expensive item. I won't be happy if some issues appear after normal use, so I'm always getting the protection plan because I had used that before and saved me a lot of money and headache

The product I purchased this with is not the best, but Best Buy comes through on their extended warranty. They replaced the original headphones with no questions asked. I only buy the warranty on certain items. This one was worth it.

My son has autism and tends to not care for his electronic devices as he should...for us the accident and repair policy is a Godsend! I purchase all electronic devices for him at Best Buy for the security it provides and the peace of mind..

It is really nice to know Geek Squad has your back. They can troubleshoot a product and if something is wrong then the product can be replace. Knowing you have that added protection makes you worry less about anything going wrong.

I honestly haven’t used it yet but I’m about to try when I can figure out how because mine got stolen. It’s been a long time and idr if it even covers stolen items.

Never walk out of the store without the Gee Squad product replacement plan , you never know what could happen.

Sony headphones I purchased broke 2 months into light use. With the replacement plan I was able to get a brand new pair and got a refund that was equal to the current price of the headphones since I paid more at time of sale.

Good coverage for my quality product. I rest assured that i will be covered should i have any problem with quality which i dont expect but better safe than sorry.

I think it’s always a good idea to go ahead and get the insurance policy for peace of mind when you use headphones for working out. I bought these at an airport and was able to purchase the protection plan at a later date in store

Great plan that comes with great service from The geek squad. it makes no sense to buy expensive electronics without a protection plan behind it you never know what can happen.

Recently had to use this and it worked flawlessly. Not only I got a great reception by the Geek Squad team, but also had the opportunity to choose any other product in the store + price difference, so I wasn't stuck with the same model/brand.

I buy the protection plan on all my Best Buy products! It really doesn’t get any better than fixing your broken gadget or replacing it within the 2 years of your purchase. It really shows they stand behind their product!
