Definitely recommend getting insurace through best buy to protect money spent on purchases. Iv claimed insurance a few times and its always been a smooth transaction, just have to keep in mind that it does not cover if theres physical damages.

I had bought a set of chargers and needed to return them as they stopped functioning a few months later. It was amazing to see how easy BestBuy makes it easy to replace them with a different brand. Wish I had this for all my devices.

I purchased a protection plan for my little mini-boom box & as small as it was (smaller than I realized), it has worked just great! No problems! I've not needed any service help on it at all! Great to know it's there though if I do need it. Thanks BB!

Geek squad protection is the best never had an issue with anything and they always have the best tips and get everything done extremely fast with or without an appointment

This plan is a definite lifesaver. I had my speaker for 18 months and then it all of the sudden died, but thanks to my two year geek squad protection, I got another device for no charge and no questions asked.

I haven't had issues with what I purchased as of yet but I'm the past I did and it was taken care of quickly. I always purchase on items that I would want replaced if they brake.

They mounted my TV did a great job actually had to 60 inch TVs mounted never had a problem always were available to help with warranties and were very knowledgeable about the products

The Geek Squad warranty is amazing. Several years ago, I was able to use it on a 4yr 11 mo. LG dryer. Best Buy honored the warranty and delivered a brand new LG dryer. The wife was estatic, to say the least. Great program!

The agents always help me to resolve my issues...it eases my frustration whenever something goes wrong with my computer that i know the Geek Squad will resolve it no matter what...

I always purchase the product replacement with higher end merchandise, you never know when thins will break and it is really convenient for you to just have them replaced in store.

The 2 years replacement policy is an excellent customer satisfaction policy. Paying for an extended warranty is not as bad as coming up with the whole amount of purchase money at once, when your product is no longer working.

I had purchased a gaming laptop and unfortunately, it came with some issues out of the box. Luckily, Geek Squad took care of it in store and I'd recommend them for PC related purchases.

So happy that I had my warranty because my item just stopped working one day, and thanks to my warranty there was a newer model I was given. This one is completely water proof and everyhing that was updated makes it so much better.

I would always recommend the Best Buy warranty, because things happen and I would get the longest one possible, it will pay out in spades. These things are somewhat fragile and can be finicky. warranties are awesome at BEST BUY.

The comprehensive protection that geek squad provides in the troubleshooting they’ve done for me in the past is unmatched especially when compared with other retailers in my area. I never feel nervous going to them with my issues because I always know I will I have that issue solved by the end of my time there.
