I was having a hard time connecting the speaker to the tv and also wouldn't connect to my phone. Sent it to Geek squad to take a look at it. the speaker came out and its like new again.

I purchase a two-year contract with Geek Squad for my earphones so far so good it's great protection for my earphone so if I have any problems I can take that and they will give me another pair I'll let me select something else

I had a set of headphones that became unusable within the warranty period. I was able to take them in and have them upgraded to a better product without issue!

I usually never get warranties, but this was perfect. I had a problem with a product after 5 months and the process was easy as can be. Just make sure you bring the recipes or link it to your Best Buy account at the time of purchase

I have been a shopper at Best Buy for over a decade and I always buy the geek squad protection plans with my technology purchases. Especially with headphones as they can break easily or lose connection over for long periods of time.

I ALWAYS get the protection offered by Best Buy with anything I purchase. You cant go wrong. They make it easy to replace or repair any damage that is covered. I think for the price it is one of the best warranties offered by most companies.

I think it is good insurance to buy a warranty from Best Buy because they replace your broken equipment with a new unit. You never know what could happen to your equipment.

I like how Best Buy offers this for their customers! Geek squad takes care of customers problems when it comes to figuring out what it wrong with the item and if it can't be fixed they replace it within warranty period.
