I'm always happy to protect my gadgets that i take on the go with me. It's nice knowing that if something breaks you won't have to buy a new one. 16.99 for headphones plus 3.99 for protection is a lot cheaper than 16.99 times 2.

I thought it would be a good idea to buy the protection plan because of the ease and convenience should something go wrong with my earphones. Being able to return them to the store instead of mailing them in is far better.

geek squad is a hassle free insurance policy. They offer great coverage for any electronics burchased at bestbuy. Their repair or replace policy is great. Store credit is offered if the item can't be fixed.

The GSP product replacement plans are WAY too easy. Product breaks, you take it in, they give you a new one or equivalent. I get it on everything I purchase at Best Buy, and haven't once regretted it.

GeekSquad has helped me with being able to replace and fix most if not all my issues I've experienced with whatever I buy and its saved our wallets when we buy it on our appliances since now a days everything is made to break down

I love the warranty on my Samsung headphones. I bought Beats and they can't offer a replacement warranty which I didn't agree with so I went with Samsung and received 2 year warranty which is great since I have kids.

Best thing! They are the best and easy to work with. I have taken my UE Megaboom speaker back multiple times due to not charging or no sound, and the geek squad helped me find the item and replace it within minutes.

I always pick up the protection plan for my electronic gadgets, I used it couple times to replace a defected Firbit Surge, bestbuy never give me any issue or refuse to replace them for me. Kudo for their customer service too.

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.
