I had this plan and it works very well I had earphones and whenever they’re broken I just return it to the store and they would replace them no question asked.

Geek squad is the best. I used this for my Bluetooth that seemed to break every 6-8 months and each time I was able to get a new pair and just pay fo9 a new warranty ($9-$14).

The geek squad protection plan provides the peace of mind if anything goes wrong. Usually I do not buy the protection plans but the price was very reasonable..

This protection has saved me from spending another $130 on headphones. My other pair broke, I stood in line for 5 minutes to tell them that, and all I had to do was go and pick out another pair! Easy and worth it!

Anything digital or highly technical I would definitely get a replacement plan if best by offers that. Always recommend product replacement plan

Purchased this with my bluetooth headset, and it was well worth it. I've had to replace it twice already because one side stopped working. Didn't cost me a dime extra to get a new pair within the same price range.

Being that this replacement guarantee lasts for two years I think it is absolutely essential for any purchase over $100. I haven't needed to use it yet, but having this guarantee has lead me to use my product in a more robust manner than I would have had I not purchased this. Do yourself a favor and get this insurance!

It is great to have this just incase anything happens to it unexpectedly. I have had headphones in the past where one ear piece went out and had to buy a brand new headphones for full price. With this you don't have to.

Until you have the need to return an item you won’t know , but when you have send item to manufacture and deal with the hassle it becomes a wash, pay for the warranty

I would not buy anything I consider expensive and not get the extended warranty. I have used the warranty for other items I have purchased and it is pretty good.

I tend to use this plan a lot for my head phones being wear tear by 2 years is over your product is probably broke n can be replaced.

It doesn't cost much and the product replacement has saved me a number of times when technology fails within less than a year. It's cheaper to pay a little extra for insurance then it is to replace the product in full

The staff is always so accommodating whenever I come in to replace a faulty pair of earbuds. Don’t purchase any wearable tech from Best Buy without Geek Squad protection. It’s totally worth it.

At Best Buy I am certain that my product will be replaced if it's defective specially since I don't have a lot of time to be dealing with other stuff. Very satisfied so far

I bought the 2 year warranty on earbuds as often the wire breaks when using any headphones or earbuds over time. I was told if the product breaks they will hand me a new one off of the shelf, so totally worth it
