I had to return my Sony srs xb32 due to a buzzing coming from one of the speakers. No problems replacing it with another.

I always love the geek squad protection. I highly recommend Especially if it’s going to be something expensive and you are worried about it. It is definitely useful for those unfortunate incidents.

I am happy that I haven't had to use this at all because the product I purchased works great though I love the security of having it and knowing that if anything goes wrong I can bring it in to the store for help.

Geek Squad generally does a good job when needed, I think it's a smart idea to purchase it with electronics just in case. Especially if you want to keep it long term.

I'm officially a Geek Squad groupie! They helped with my laptop, tv and software questions. Only downside is trying to reach customer service by phone. Much easier online.

The agents help online by remote control on your PC to get help you with the problems you have with PC. which keeps you from taking it into store to get your pc fixed.

Purchased geek squad warranty for phone Samsung fold2. My phone is still new but I have rest of mind that if anything happens to it, I am covered.

Can say enough about the Geek Squad proctection plan. I almost always get it and when I have had to use it Best Buy always has honored it. This is well woth the money and BB makes it hassle free.

You'd be ridiculous not to get the extended warranties that Best buy gives for some products it's totally worth it for others not so worth it.

I bought the extended warranty because Best Buy is always so cordial and friendly if I ever need to make a return. Well worth the price in case my favorite items have problems - I can return for a full replacement.

I always purchase extended warranties with the worry that they will not be honored if I return a product. Not Geek Squad. I returned a product and they gave me no trouble. I received a new product shortly after.
