I'd like to hope that expensive electronics will last forever, but lets face it, they're still electronics and will likely have some sort of issue within 2 years. The product replacement plan is a good insurance for any and all electronics items you purchase. It will usually pay for itself after 1 year.

Very affordable and you get some of the cost returned if your item is defective, after they replace it for free, of course!

Love buying protection to my items. What I really like is that once the warranty is about to expire, I get an email notifying me if I want to extend the warranty.

This program is a great deal for the customer, you don't have to worry about anything happen to your device if something happened you just bring it and Best Buy will replace it for you, they are very kind.

This is extra security for technology although it's mostly durable. You'll never know when a machine will break down. It pays to have backups.

I usually don't purchase warranty on all products, only for tech. I never turn down best buy warranty though, because they always replace your broken products

My iPhone got disabled from connecting to a laptop trying to update my iPhone and I had to take it in to geek squad and they fixed it no problem within in an hour

recommend getting 2 yr squad protection if you purchase wireless earbuds-they just exchanged my earbuds when they stopped charging

Have not had to use the 2 year warranty I puchased for the JBL charge2,, but glad I purchased it. Brought the JBL as a gift for my husband and he loves it, this will protect us it we should ever have trouble with the item.

just get it its worth it if something happens or it stops working or your kids get a hold of it it can be replaced or even upgraded all you pay is the defference and for the protection again love it

They really do help a lot, especially when it comes to exchanging and replacing my device when it finally meets it's demise. Recommend to anyone that plans to use something for a good while.

Great service - I never thought I needed this but glad my hubby made sure we got a warranty b/c it def worth it for all the devices we needed help with.

I get coverage on all the things that I wouldn't want anything happening to. Always been taken care of when I've had to bring in something that broke out had defect.

This holds manufacturers responsible for defective equipment. If I return it, Best Buy also asks for credit and the producer suffers! I will always shop at this place because of the warrantee they offer!
