The product replacements plans are always worth it in my opinion. Something always seems to happen and they'll replace it.

Not every item needs Geek Squad but when an item has a high potential for breaking down or getting damaged the protection that Best Buy offers is totally worth it.

Replacing my son’s headphones was without headache, which is nice when facing damage of an item. Thankful I purchased the protection. It was well worth it!

I got these for my Jaybird wireless headphones. It's my first pair and you never know what may gone wrong. It's nice knowing that I have something in place in case I'm outside of my manufacturer's warranty.

Again this is great warranty great to have it so anything that happens after it was made you could actually get replacement and take it from there

The two year replacement warranty offered by Bedt But is really the best. It's no hassle. If anything goes wrong with your item purchased they replace it no questions asked. This is why I love to shop here.

Samsung does great on warranty issues but it's still a trip to ups and up to 2 weeks w/o your product. With this I roll into best buy & bingo there replaced.

Don't know why my little speaker started having some issues (moisture perhaps) but I had to use this Replacement policy -- totally worth the price when you know the item will be moved around a lot.

The staff was ready to assist and provide great customer service when I come in with my concerns and made sure i was a satisfied customer leaving the store

I like having Geek Squad. Ive had to turn around and use it and it covers everything usually. I recommend getting geek. You never know if you'll need to use it!!

I never get warranties because they are usually a hassle. Best Buy is hassle free, just you have to see if they can fix the TV first, which may be an inconvenience for some, but better than coming out of pocket!

This plan is a great thing to have when you purchase electronic devices. If there is any damage to you device you can get it replace with this plan

I like Geek Squad! They are very knowledgeable. I like having the extra protection just in case of something happening like normal wear and tear or accidents.

The agents at Geek squad are amazing. They helped me with my problems to switching and returning my other headphones with some new ones easy and officiant.

This warranty pays for itself if something goes wrong with your item. I highly recommend purchasing it when getting any high dollar electronic item.

you will need this warranty if you abuse the hell out of your headphones like i do. the best buy service desk staff is super helpful when making exchanges.
