We purchased the 2 year warranty on our sons product , which was an excellent product but we had an accident and had to do a return/exchange and it was easy as 1-2-3 with this warranty!

I love that im not stuck with an item that stops working past the store return date. The insurance makes me feel secure with my purchase.

great because accidents always happen just remember to tell them you have a plan you go in to get them replaced or fixed.

Headphones are not built to last. With the protection I’m able to walk in store tell the geek squad it doesn’t work and I pick out a new pair. Very useful.

Geek Squad is good because they are very knowledgeable on all their products and for a little extra money on purchase is a nice way to protect your purchase

I believe that you can no longer have this coverage for Beats headphones because they are owned by Apple but when’s i hand ot back in the day it was pretty easy to just come in and get them replaced if they could not repair them.I almost always get the insurance just to be on the safe side.The geek squad folks are pretty nice and attentive.

I have insurance on a few things t.v. cameras,drones.desktop and laptops. The only thing I ever had to bring in was a go pro after it kept freezing. And it was a smooth transition to get a new one.

My earpods always seem to break after some time, so i'm glad I have this warranty to replace it instead of paying full price.

As you well know ANYTHING Electronic can fail at anytime. This is a must have for all your items . Best Buy bends over backwards to honor this plan

Headphones failed to work after a few months. I was happy I purchased the extra protection. There was no problem swapping them for a new pair at the store. Well worth the cost of the insurance.

I recommend getting this on technology. Technology is great but it isn't the best, get this in case your product breaks, it has saved me a lot of money.

It's always good to get the protection plan on devices so anything happens with it it breaks if you need to return it after using it for a couple months they skied Squad protection plan always protects your device on returning and the device is being defective

Sorry haven't needed to use yet. But I go thru earbuds so often cause one side always quits I thought I would get this time. Of course these buds will probably last forever. But it's peace of mind, I guess.

This helps for piece of mind when making a good investment. Hoping to not have to use it, but it seems to offer good coverage.

I have not use their service all the stuff I had got I dont really like to purchase the warranty but I did get it for my JBL speakers so will see how it goes

I haven't used my warranty On my flat iron yet but with other products that I purchase with bestbuy i have Had and their warranties are worth buying for.
