My friend is on her 3rd or 4th set of headphones they last six to 18 months before having to be replaced either the left or right side will stop working

Im happy with myself for purchasing the coverage for these headphones seeing how they tend to mess up on me. That is why I usually prefer to buy my things through BEST BUY and purchasing there coverage.

I am very happy with my fitbit purchase. I was having a hard time motivating myself to lose weight. I like that I can compete with my friends who also own a fitbit. I also like that it tracks my sleeping habits.

The 2 year protection plan is amazing and has saved me so many times from having to buy a new product. Now all I have to do is bring it into Best Buy when it doesn't work and get it replaced for free!

I will always request a protection plan on any products I buy through best buy because the standby the plans as it shows in package unlike some companies

The agents mounted my TV and did a very nice job, I was pleased with how knowledgeable they were. I will definitely use them in the future.

I had no idea of any replacement plan offered for headphones until the the lady from the store told me. I just think it's awesome because not having to pay for them again is a way to save $.

Anytime that I purchase electronics I always purchase the Protection Plan as well because anything could happen and they are usually reasonable.

I haven't used the warranty for the Blue Buds, yet. But I have for other devices, and their customer service is excellent. This is a must for portable devices.

Highly recommend this warranty. We use it on our earbuds we purchase. It comes in handy when we lose hearing or they quit working for some reason.

I got the 2 year product replacement plan because my child keep buying cheap headphones so i got her a good pair and the insurance. Have not had to use it yet but it cost next nothing so i'm good

It's definitely worth the cost! Earbpeice fell of my sony noise cancelling head phones. Took them in and got them replaced plus they were on sale so I received a 96 dollar refund in a gift card!

The geek squad protection is a must have for your gadget. They are great about getting a replacement if something goes wrong with your item or your like me and just accident prone.

I would recommend buying the warranty package. Came in due to defect and exchange process was fast, easy and simple. Free even exchange. You just have to decide at that point if you want to buy warranty again.

Not sure which product I purchased this for...it doesn't say. I usually only get geek squad on big purchases and have not been disappointed.

I have used my coverage on electronics more often than not. I don't trust electronics and Best Buy has good coverage without hassle. Just keep ALL products boxes and accessories and receipts!

Glad I got this for dad. From the constant pulling of the earpiece , the cord got messed up and there was no audio on that side. Thankfully we were able to get the unit replaced through warranty.

I have replaced my earphones 3 times, all due to accidents, and the process to get new ones has been super easy and basically free every time, so definitely definitely get the insurance!
