Great little speaker with outstanding sound quality for its tiny size. Every controls works well and it looks good too.

Warranties are needed these days as I am convinced that they make products to break down as soon as the manufacturers warranty expires.

I can't say I've ever really used Geek Squad except to maybe return a broken watch. They gave me store credit because the watch was discontinued. It was nice to not worry about breaking the more expensive items I've bought, but some of the extra cost can be high.

Good insurance on expensive electronics. Had a router that died twice and no questions asked, swapped out for a new working one.

Always Buy Geek Squad insurance even though the one time I will ever need it is when I don't have it

I had my nose headphones for about 18 months an took them everywhere the sound was getting a bit shaky so I took them in to Best Buy and exchanged them no questions asked!

The extended warranty from Geek Squad gives me piece of mind on a portable Bluetooth speaker. It gets moved around quite a bit and the extended warranty allows me the freedom to keep on truckin'!!

The item with the 2 year replacement is something that gets a lot of use and is not a fixable item. It was replaced without any hassle.

Do anything else, ALWAYS get the warranty at BB. Nothing else compares to the ease of replacement policy... not even the manufacturer sometimes.

If you have the extra cash, get the replacement warranty. It can pay for itself quickly! And if you don't need it then you're only out a lil bit. The peace of mind is usually worth it.

Used this on the Frio River. Awesome sound quality and small enough to strap onto my tube. Not bulky at all. Withstood the water well. The sound beat most of the ice chest boom boxes on the river.

This is a must have on your expensive headphones. Especially when your outside the return window. Very easy to use and worth the money.

Have not had to use the warranty yet if speaker works fine so far there's been no complications there's been no defects it has been a nice addition to my sound collection thanks

I don’t usually buy additional protection but given that, unless the product was lost, if anything went wrong, I could replace it at no cost, it was a no brainer.

Geek squad is great i can take it back if it mess up and get a new one i will tell everybody to get a two year plan on everything just in case.
