I would not be without this service. It is well worth the money. Products like head phones have not lasted more than 1 year within the two year product replacement window.

Geek Squad plan is always great - can return if problems, and Best Buy gives you a gift card for the original purchase amount - I almost always get the plan on electronics

I recently purchased Sony headphone 1000 on a door buster deal, but used my trade in from the Sony 950's I had. Wow.. I am amazed I didn't even spend over 50 bucks

I use to be the not buy a product with the extra Geek Squad. But the couple times I had to use it for other items now I buy it on almost everything over a $100 price!!

Geek Squad protection is a great warranty. Never had any trouble returning a faulty product to the store for a full replacement. I always get this on anything over $200 or so

With electronics, you never know. Thankfully, it's inexpensive enough to be plausible and returns and exchanges are hassle-free. AND, you even get the price of the warranty back!

Geek squad plans make it easy to exchange items, depending on what it is, may nit be good for cameras and TV’s and large appliances.

When they can put it on the right product. Looking at my account I see the cashier put this insurance on the funko pops instead of the ps4 controller we bought with them. wow.

Best replacement plan in retail. I always buy the 2 year replacement because of the no hassle policy. Just bring back the broken or defective item and they issue a Best Buy gift card.
