Ive used Best Buy's product replacement one time but it was for a very expensive item so it turned out to really help a lot. I now get it with every purchase it's offered for.

Great idea to buy this,electronics can be very durable and high quality but also fail for the most odd reasons,thankfully this covered my Jabra ear buds no questions asked.

Have only used this service once on a product, but it was totally worth it. They replaced the broken item with little inconvenience. So glad I bought the extra protection.

After returning the first one (hence the 4 stars) because it wouldn't connect to my device...the second one I got works great! Has awesome sound and is really durable, I've dropped it a few times on accident. I haven't gotten it really wet, it has been splashed by water, while I was washing my dog...but not super wet and it still works like new.

I highly highly recommend there protection plan. It's worth spending the extra money, you never know what's going to happen. It has always worked out for me!

I recommend the geek squad protection plan for high dollar electronics, you will sleep better at night

Works like a charm my speaker wasn’t charging brougt it in and within minutes I was waking out with a new speaker. And made sure I had protection on the new one

Geek Squad never disappointed me, always keeping up to expectations. If you have damaged equipment they will take care of it and if it cannot be repaired they will replace it.

Best Buy's insurance on it's products are the best!! They have a no hassle commitment when it comes to honoring their insurance policies and I make sure to buy one for every product I get!!

Haven't used the service yet but, I've used it in the past for my old Beats Pill XL. They asked a few questions, told them the problem, got my replacement in less than 15min

i love this warrantee buy it for everything i purchase at best buy. Sometimes i only buy at best buy for this warranty.
