It's amazingly easy to return a product or get it fixed with geek squad. I buy protection on everything. Glad I did. Now I was able to replace my bluetooth speaker for 67 cents.

Earbuds break so easily and I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of this warranty. I'd never buy another pair of earbuds without getting the warranty. Well worth it!

I would never buy anything from Best Buy without a warranty...well except for a CD or chips. Other than that nothing beats their replacement warranty

I got the warranty on my headphone and after they broke they replaced not question ask. Every time you need to get a new warranty.

These headphones are great when exercising or working out. They provide a great sound quality and the earbuds help to reduce surrounding sound. My only concern is the earbuds become pretty warn out and loose their grip, making them fall off really easily. This can be annoying at times. Besides that these headphones are pretty great.

Great for when the unexpected happens. Walked in explained and they replaced the product immediately. So much better than shipping to the company and waiting 6 weeks.
