Worth it on products that get a lot of wear like headphones or laptops. Went through 8 headphones in two years each time they've been replaced by the plan without question

I buy the protection plan for all of my electronics. Even though i take the best care of my stuff, i know best buy will always do their best to provide the best service.

Purchased this just in case I needed it, and it was totally worth it. Had to return my ear pods and got new ones back.

Whenever i make a sizable purchase from best buy i get a protection plan when possible. It makes for a simple transaction when youre frustrated over broken/non working electronics.

Fortunately, I haven't had to use this yes. I'm skeptical as it may require me to have to use it by speaking on it.

Any headphones I buy I always get the extended warranty with best buy just because how easy and quick they can help me out when something goes wrong with my product

I am so happy I bought insurance for my Jaybird headphones because they broke right after the manufactures warranty. I always buy warranties makes life a lot easier.

This service has really been useful. If the product breaks, the contract allows me to replace it with the same item. If I forget my receipt, I can either pull it up on the App. Or the Cashier can look it up with my I.d. The process doesn’t take too long.

I have two daughters that wear ear buds and always wearing them out. My wife will take the youngest one to our local BestBuy and get replacements, no questions.
