    Greate value for certain product

    The 2-year or 4-year warranty is a great buy for certain products. I have bought warranty for products that I know have a great chance of breaking because of how it is used (like headphones for my kids). It is also good for expensive products like high end laptops, TV , game console. I have my game console break and Best buy replaced it without any questions.

    I had to get all the 3 laptops that I purchased started by loading programs on to them including a virus protection program. The technician was friendly, accommodating, and explained everything he was going to do in detail. I will always choose the Geek Squad to work on my electric devices.

    Must Buy.

    After having 3 successful repair or replacement incidents, we now consider a geek squad protection plan a 'must buy'. It then makes it easy to walk in, drop the broken device on the counter and get a replacement. We've had a mail-away repair, a direct replacement and a gift card replacement and each time we were happy and no fuss.

    Great Sound and Fit

    Really enjoy these headphones. The fit is good but the foam plugs kinda irritated my ear so I switched to the silicone buds. The sound is great and they connected to my phone fast. I have an android phone all I had to do was pair them. I like that I can also send text messages and make phone calls with them. I got the extended warranty just because they are expensive.

    Warranty is essential

    This is the only way to go on electronics these days. There are way too many things that go wrong and a 2 year warranty is essential to me. I like the fact that they keep it under your phone number when you buy it so if you lose the receipt they can still look it up.

    Always make sure you are covered for the worst case scenario. Having a piece of mind is worth every penny. Reasonably priced for the duration is a no brainer for anyone planning on using an electronic device and getting their money's worth out of it...

    Geek Squad is vital to any expensive electronic

    I'll never spend more than $50 on a device and not get Geek Squad protection too. When I had it on my cell phone it was phenomenal coverage, I've used it to trade in my fitness trackers when they've failed, and I can't tell you how happy I was when I learned I could get a similar product when the tracker I had failed and had been discontinued.

    Worth the Investment

    I always get the product protection for my wireless blutooth head set. At least once a year, I let my guard down and my dog finds my headset and eats it. I have also had time that the head set stopped working within the year or after for what ever reason. This saves me from having to invest another $70-$100. Highly recommend

    After a year of use my headphones cracked. I took them in and was offered a replacement or a gift card to use later. The whole process probably took less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. No fuss, quick, easy and done. How about that!

    This is real protection to your investment . For the period you buy you are fully covered and do not have to think about the quality of the product . I changed my head phone twice due to some little issues , no question asked . Replaced . What else can you expect ? Go for it with every electronics at Best Buy :

    I have protection plan that i did not use yet. However i had a guy come in and help me with some audio setup questions when I first bought my house. I had my speaker wires wired through the walls and the Geek Squad guy came in to advice with some connectivity questions.

    I purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement as I have done so on all of my electronic and appliances' purchases in the past. Thankfully, I have not been required to use it on any of the approximately 15 or so items I previously purchased from Best Buy! "Best to have it and not need it rather than to need it and not have it!"

    I purchased with some headphones which I returned thus returned this 2 year service. I really love Best Buy’s policy and staff and Geek squad’s helpfulness and support. They did deliver right to my living room a TV I purchased months after this item.

    I received this as a gift from my son and I love it for the beach or taking a walk, it will hook right to my backback or my belt loop, great sound and great connectivity, I've had it for a few years now.

    The Geek Squad plan on my Bluetooth headset is amazing. Although LG is a quality brand, the normal wear and tear of daily activities has more than once had me using my protection plan. I did not have to send off my headset for repair or wait until a new headset came in. I took my headset in and they replaced it on the spot. Kudos!

    My headphones were tweaking out and I took them in to replace them. They asked to go pick out the headphones I wanted to switch them for and was in and out with ease. Don't purchase anything without their protection.

    Costly repairs out-of-pocket will give you flashbacks when you had the opportunity to add-on the Geek Squad Protection Plan but you didn't. Now you can change all that. Next time, just add the option of Geek Squad. You will be glad you did. I saved hundreds of dollars without realizing it until I needed my protection. Thank you, Best Buy.

    I've used GEEK SQUAD for many years -- and (3) Laptops later! They're proficient, thorough, and professional. This includes Online and In-Store Service. (Although, the latter might have much longer-than-expected Wait Times, despite having an Appointment!) I'll continue to renew my service plan. (P.S. If there's ever a problem with the service you received: There's always a Manager you can contact.)

    I absolutely love Best Buys Protection Plan. I swear by it! Honestly you cannot go wrong with the price of the protection compared to the cost of the product. Just be aware, this is NOT like car insurance. Once you use it to replace a product, your protection does not carry over to the new item, you have to repurchase a new protection plan. Heck it's worth it!

    Get the Warranty

    I bought the warranty for my headphones. The headphones are great, but one of the earpieces quite working. I had the headphones for 9 months, and I got a new pair, no questions asked. The headphones were worth $150, the warranty was $15. I was so glad I got a replacement, I love the headphones and I did not want to pay another $150 for a replacement!
