I have not use my warranty in this product so far but I have never had issues with products I purchase at best buy. I purchase the warranty just in case

While i love the concept pay for replacement plan you can exchange in store which is good cuz you don’t have to send out wait for etc but shouldn’t have to keep buying a new one each time a product is replaced Like my earbuds for instance I’ve had to return twice cuz they had issues I have to purchase a new plan every time on the new ones if I want them covered so I’ve now bought the plan 3x also when they cash you out they don’t tell if there’s already a manufacturer warranty which I just found out so I’ve wasted all this money for plans and didn’t have to vs other stores they will tell you upon purchase oh there’s already this plan etc

Best buy is the only place I buy my electronics. One of the main reasons is the replacement warranty, the 2yr replacement is worth every penny
