I like buying geek squad protection because is easy to work with. they are great help. Every time I've submitted a claim I've had great outcome.

If you buy a product and it offers this plan, take it. Worth it. Used it for a broken headphone a year later and got a replacement.

best thing to purchased when you have appliances or electronics , never know things can happen

Tech is not cheap.. why take a chance and find yourself having to sprains so much again when you can pay a few bucks to cover the possibility.

Never really get protection plans anywhere else but highly recommend for your Best Buy purchases.

I was reluctant to purchase coverage for the Skullcandy headset, but am glad I did. I had no problem returning the headphones for another set...twice!

Having a Geek Squad replacement place is always good to have. Just in case accidents happen.

I returned a headset that was having an issue connecting and the young lady at the counter was very helpful.

They helped me return my product with ease, so I purchased another set of earphones happily!

Well worth the money if you are clumsy with electronics or want to upgrade with in the time frame.

Bad luck always happens, so make sure you get insurance! I always do when i buy at bestbuy ainsce its as easy as 1-2-3 when replacing a product.

Thankfully I have not had to use it as of yet. Great to know I have the coverage if I need it.
