They do all they can to fix the products! If for whatever reason they're are not able to they will exchange and give you a new product!

Had Bosch dishwasher didn't last year. If it wasn't for purchasing this we would have to pay out 1g. I'm not happy that about when you have to get a replacement that you only get a partial amount back and have to pay for a full new one. I don't know of a better way really.
