As long as the GS protection remains at about 10% of the purchase price I will always use it as insurance. It's nice to have a storefront to walk into if you have problems. As for GS tech support...I could not live without it.

I love it. when i had issues with a speaker i was able to switch it out for another one and still use the protection.
